Dgme Employee Login: Instructions on How to Access Dgme and the Dollar General Paystub Portal, as Well as Other Resources

At work and home, I utilized the ways I’m about to provide to enter into the DGme site on both my PC and mobile device.

(Note: I use Android, but the procedure I’m about to show you works on iOS devices as well, including the iPhone and iPad.)

You’ve arrived at the right place if you’re looking for credible information to access the DGme website.

But, before we go any further, I believe there are a couple of points worth mentioning.

For starters, DG employees can access their pay stub information via two websites. DGme is the first, while the Pay Stub Portal is the second.

The Money Network proudly presents the Paystub Portal, which enables simple and easy access to your paystub information online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s a fantastic website that provides easy access to the information you require. However, that is all it does. It’s as simple as that.

Meanwhile, the DGme site allows you to check your pay stubs and access your tax forms online, among other things, all in one convenient location.

For those unfamiliar with DGme, it is a Dollar General-run online employee portal where employees can check their pay stubs, perks, direct deposit information, and any required tax paperwork for the current year, among other things. There’s more on that below.

DGme is much more than a payroll interface for Dollar General employees, as previously stated. Users can also use the platform to view documents, policies, receive feedback, participate in training (also known as CBLs), submit suggestions, change their address, check on their 401k, retrieve and confirm shift schedules, request time off, connect with peers, and learn how to contact the HR department if necessary.

With all of this in mind, we always advocate using the DGme website rather than the Paystub Portal.

However, I believe that both new and current employees will be able to obtain the majority of the information they require through the Paystub Portal or DGme. So, in the end, it’s only a matter of deciding which one you prefer.

Please keep in mind that new employees and first-time users will need to create an account to use the full functionality of Dollar General’s employee website. If you haven’t already done so, go here to start the registration process.

Simply fill out the form with your personal information, including your Employee ID, legal first name, last four SSN  numbers, and date of birth, once you’ve arrived at the registration page.

To finish creating your account, click “Submit” after filling out the form and following the on-screen instructions.

How do I log into my DGme account?

To use the DGme online portal, click this link and log in with your login credentials. If the link doesn’t work or you don’t want to use it, copy and paste the following URL into a web browser.

You can log in with your username if you have a DGme email account. You’ll have to use your Employee ID if you don’t have an email account.

1. In the Login ID field, type your login ID.

DGme

2. Now type in your legal first and last names’ initials.

3. In the Password box, type your password.

4. Click “Login.”

As a reminder, if you’re a current Dollar General employee, you can use this procedure as well.

What if I lose track of my password?
Nothing. Following the instructions below, you can receive a new one.

To change or reset your password, follow these steps:

Go to the password reset page.
Your legal first name should be entered here.
Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number.
From the corresponding drop-down choices, choose your date of birth.
To create a new password, click “Submit” and then follow the on-screen instructions.
I misplaced my EID. So, what’s next?

You’ll need to contact your Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager if you forget your EID.

If you’re at the store, you can find your EID right next to your name on the scheduling board. It’s a seven-digit number, so I’m confident you’ll be able to figure out which one you need.

Other Typical Issues

Some customers have stated that they are unable to log in from their homes. If this happens to you, try logging in with a different browser or accessing your pay stubs and W-2s through the Paystub Portal. But keep in mind that you’ll need to first create a PIN at paystubportal.com before proceeding. After you’ve created a PIN, you can use it along with your DGme EID or Employee Number to log in to the Paystub Portal.

Some employees have also experienced problems using DGme on their mobile devices. People are reportedly unable to pick paystubs or perks when using the View button. Experienced Dollar General employees advocate using desktop view on your mobile device or switching to a different web browser to address this problem.

Another option is to go to the Paystub Portal, where you may find all of your pay stubs and benefits information.

Google Chrome appears to always work well, so you can use it to entirely eliminate this problem.

If you’re experiencing trouble accessing DGme and none of these alternatives are working, and you’re seeing messages like “Credentials Aren’t Valid” or something similar, contact the Employee Resource Center (ERC), your Store Manager, or the Payroll administrator for assistance.
