NCIS is one of the most popular television shows in the world. NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans, and NCIS: Hawai’i are all spinoffs of the popular CBS crime drama that has aired 18 seasons. The original NCIS, on the other hand, has been running for 19 seasons now.
Don McGill and Donald P. Bellisario created NCIS, which debuted on CBS in 2003, and both are continuing writing for the show. What can we expect from the new season of NCIS if these veterans are in charge of the production?

Is there a ‘NCIS’ Episode coming up soon?
For more than a month, NCIS viewers have been eagerly anticipating the return of a new episode. NCIS will air “The Helpers” on Monday, February 28 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Here’s a quick rundown:
“NCIS” has an interesting storyline.
The Naval Criminal Investigative Service’s Washington, D.C., office handles NCIS cases. They are led by Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs as they work each week on a different case to find out what happened that week.
To begin the new season, the team must deal with the aftermath of an explosive season 18 finale. If you haven’t seen the most recent episodes of NCIS, consider this a SPOILER ALERT. After saying her goodbyes to Nick Torres in the season 18 finale, Ellie Bishop chose to go undercover, while Gibbs fears that the serial killer he has been chasing is stalking him. When the inquiry suddenly explodes, he continues to travel by boat to seek for proof. The body of Gibbs floats to the surface, seemingly dead, but he manages to swim away.
The first several episodes continued this plot thread and served as a send-off for Mark Harmon’s Gibbs (at least for the time being).
What is the ‘NCIS’ cast made up of?
There is a SPOILER ALERT for anyone who have not seen the season thus far: Mark Harmon has been the show’s protagonist since the beginning.
As it turns out, after solving the serial killer’s case, Jethro Gibbs, Harmon’s hero, has opted to remain in Alaska, where he has found solace after a lengthy period of turmoil. Harmon’s 18-and-a-half-year stint on the programme has come to an end. Harmon’s stint on NCIS has come to an end, and CBS and the show’s creators haven’t said if he’ll appear in guest appearances in the future (in front of the camera, he is still an executive producer).
The rest of the NCIS squad for the upcoming season is as follows:
- Timothy McGee / Sean Murray
- the actor that plays Nick Torres in the film Wilmer Valderrama
- Dietzen – Palmer
- KASIE HINES (Diona Reasonover)
- Leon Vance – Rocky Carroll.
- Donald Mallard is played by David McCallum.
Allie Davis, Pam Dawber, and Katrina Law will make their NCIS debuts this season.
