“Chamber Of Secrets” is the title of the tenth episode of the series. They have put in a lot of effort to establish its existence. All they have to do now is locate it. The Swamp Area has also accumulated significant evidence that a big sailing vessel could have been hidden at the bottom of the lake, which has been a source of contention. As a result, it would be amazing to observe the Laginas come to uncover the big treasure they have been searching for all this time and discover it.
A Quick Recap of What Has Happened!
In the last episode, the team began their search for Shaft 6 and the location of its location. They felt that the particular shaft contained riches that had been sought after for more than 200 years by several different people. During the shaft, the team discovered a wall and some pieces of wood. They were under the impression that they had discovered the second wall of Shaft six. The group returned to the Swamp region and continued their digging. All they discovered was more wood and a few stakes, which was disappointing. Doug, in the war room, feels that the round stones that the team uncovered were not from the island and that they came from somewhere else. The stones were not native to Nova Scotia and were imported from elsewhere.
According to Doug, it was the Portuguese who were the first to install cannons on their ships. The stones were thought to have arrived on the island sometime between the 14th and 16th centuries. Professor Ross, on the other hand, believed that the majority of the gold and silver had been taken to Europe. Nova Scotia would have served as a ship repair stop for them on their journey. The theory corresponded to some of the discoveries made by the research group so far. The crew decided to focus their drilling efforts on boreholes F-1 and F-2, where they had previously discovered indications of gold and silver in prior drillings.
Steve Guptill, Gary Drayton, and Jack Begley made their way to Lot 4 to continue their journey. Iron Staple, which could have been a part of the hatch, was uncovered by the team. The squad was hopeful that F2.5-4 would lead them to Shaft six in the end. However, they were unable to locate the shaft in the location that was expected. Furthermore, drilling along the boundaries of the Swamp Area yielded the discovery of another barrel stave as well as a piece of wood that had been cut. In The Curse Of Oak Island Season 9 Episode 9, Tom Nolan believed that the findings were further evidence that his father’s theory about the lake being manufactured was correct.
