What Happened in Episode 7 of Fear the Walking Dead Season 6?
Dakota is taken to a safe house with Strand and a group of rangers in the seventh episode of ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ season 6, titled ‘Damage from the Inside.’ The convoy is attacked by some walkers. Everyone but Strand and a ranger named Samuel is killed in the ensuing chaos, while Dakota vanishes. When Strand can’t find Dakota on his own, he turns to Charlie and Alicia for assistance. Alicia, on the other hand, is still enraged by Strand and refuses to answer his phone calls.
Upon meeting Strand, he reveals that Dakota has gone missing. Strand also believes that those responsible for the attack on Tank Town are also responsible for the ambush and the kidnapping of Dakota. Alicia and Charlie agree to help after a lot of persuasion. The trio is approached by a group of walkers, but the walkers are quickly dispatched. In any case, Alicia is alarmed to discover that the walkers have been subjected to research. They come across a hunting lodge in the woods as they make their way through. Meanwhile, Charlie remains on the outside of the house to see if Dakota is inside. Alicia is drugged by a mysterious man in a taxidermy studio.
It is only when she wakes up that she discovers that she is being held to a table. The moment Dakota enters the room, she manages to free herself and prepares to flee. When the group attacked Dakota’s convoy and Ed saw Alicia, he believes she was part of it. Immediately, Dakota extinguishes the fire. But Dakota has no intention of leaving Alicia’s side. Dakota reveals that her sister killed her parents, as Ed shares stories about his family. In the lodge, Alicia discovers Charlie, who has been hiding from Ed, and asks her to stay hidden. While they were in the house, Ed rebuffed their attempts to leave.
During a gunfight, Ed is impaled on a chair crafted from horns, which draws attention from nearby walkers. Ed makes the ultimate sacrifice in the heat of battle. Morgan, to their surprise, appears to save the group and assists them in eliminating all of the walkers. Rather than follow them, Strand returns to his home state of Virginia. Strand meets Grace, who is pregnant, and Virginia asks him to bring back everyone they took from Humbug’s Gulch at the end of the episode.
