The Ancient Magus’ Bride Season 2 Release Date: What We Know So Far About This Series!

They’ll be going to college in the second season of The Ancient Magus’ Bride. Elias Ainsworth and Chise Hatori will be auditing students and magic teachers. I don’t know when the second season of Mahoutsukai no Yome will come out.

There will be three OADs for the new Mahoutsukai no Yome OVA anime series. It was made official on March 9, 2021. In the new Ancient Magus’ Bride anime project, it has been said that the OAD series will be the “first part.”

An Original Animation DVD, or Original Anime Disc, is usually bundled as a bonus with special editions of new manga volumes. It was first shown on YouTube on June 4, 2021. There will be a new trailer for the show called Crunchyroll on September 30, 2021.

Kore Yamazaki, the manga’s creator, wrote an anime-only side story called “The Ancient Magus’ Bride: Those Awaiting a Star” that was released with the manga volumes 6, 7, and 8 in 2016 and 2017. The new OAD is similar to that story.

The Ancient Magus’ Bride Season 2 Release Date Is Coming Out Soon.

The three episodes were called Nishi no Shounen to Seiran no Kishi (The Boy from the West and the Knight of the Blue Storm), and they came with manga volumes 16, 17, and 18. Volume 16 of the Ancient Magus’ Bride came out on September 10, 2021. Volume 17 came out on March 10, 2022, and Volume 18 came out on September 9, 2022, so they all came out at the same time.

On September 28, 2021, Crunchyroll said that it will start streaming the show internationally in December 2021. It will be available to watch in the United States, Canada, Central, and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. It will also be available in Oceania.

Early on, an anime news leaker called Ranobe Sugoi said that “The Ancient Magus’ Bride will be getting [an] new Anime project and a [OVA] show, too.” New anime would be great if they looked and moved like movies.

If this new project is Mahoutsukai no Yome Season 2, we don’t know. However, based on how the manga’s story moves forward in the college story arc, an anime TV show is more likely than a movie.

As it turns out, though, when the OAD series came out, people said it was the “first part” of a new anime project. So, even though it hasn’t been officially confirmed, it looks like there will be a second season of The Ancient Magus’ Bride anime TV show in the future.

A lot of anime fans were surprised to learn that the OVA series was going to be made by a different studio than the one that made the first three seasons of the Attack On Titan anime TV show (Attack On Titan: The Final Season was produced by Studio MAPPA).

Because WIT Studio had a lot going on during that time, the studio change made sense. As far back as 2021, they were also working on new anime, like Vivy: Fluorite Eyes Song, Netflix’s Vampire in the Garden, and a movie based on the manga Ranking of Kings.

During the last few years, the leaders of WIT Studio have said that they prefer to write their own stories if they can, even though they’re still adapting manga and light novels.

People at WIT Studio made an announcement in early March 2021 that they were working on a Kickstarter-funded OAD for a manga series called The Girl from the Other Side: Seuil. The manga is about a girl who runs.

The project is important because the main teacher character looks a lot like our favorite horned mage. As if that wasn’t enough, MahoYome is even promoting the two OAD on Twitter.

Instead of WIT Studio, the three-part The Ancient Magu’s Bride OAD will be made by a new company called Studio KAFKA. But this new anime studio was set up by people who used to work at WIT Studio. It looks like they can recapture the magic of the first season.

They haven’t said where the show will be made or who will be on the show’s cast and crew yet. But since most of the main staff from the first season of the anime are back to make the OAD, and KAFKA has already hinted that there will be a second season of the anime, it makes sense to think that KAFKA will also make the second season.

During the first season, the director of Blood-C, Norihiro Naganuma, was in charge of the show at WIT Studio. Director Kazuaki Terasawa led the project for 2021 The Ancient Magus’ Bride OVA at KAFKA, where he worked.

The OAD project is the first time that Terasawa has been in charge of the whole thing. As an episode or unit director in the past, he has worked on shows like Anonymous Noise and Cardfight!! In Seasons 2 and 3, Vanguard and the Overlord anime Season 2 and 3 were shown.

Aya Takaha, who wrote the script with Yoko Yonaiyama for Psycho-Pass, is one of the people who worked on the first season (Uma Musume Pretty Derby). Artist Hirotaka Katou, who made Eyeshield 21 and Great Pretender, came back to design the characters. Composer Junichi Matsumoto (Plunderer) came back to make the music.

If that wasn’t the case, then Kouhei Tokuoka was the Chief Animation Director (Bungo Stray Dogs, Golden Kamuy, Noragami Season 2, Sk8 The Infinity, Sword Art Online: Alicization). Katsuaki Miyaji was in charge of CGI at the company (Horimiya, Shadows House, Tiger & Bunny).
