He tries to save the neighboring village from evil spirits by summoning Kechie Rowena, but it is futile. When Belpagor proposed obtaining Lilith’s horn and summoning all evil spirits back to Hell, another demon, Adat, who was chasing Belpagor, revealed that Belpagor’s plan actually absorbed all the evil spirits.

Castiel kills Belpagor after realizing he was attempting to become a powerful Hell Lord. Rowena eventually embraces all the evil spirits and makes a sacrifice to fall through the gates of Hell, and her situation is resolved.
