Horimiya Season 2: When Can We Expect to See It?

It is based on Yurie Kamisaka’s light novel of the same name, which you can read here. It first aired in Japan in January 2021. Funimation Entertainment was the first company to license it for an English-language release.

The anime’s name, Horimiya, comes from a word that means “our love” or “our sweetheart.” The animated series is based on a web manga called “Hero” that was written and drawn by Hiroki Adachi, who called it that. It was first shown on the writer’s website from 2007 to 2011.

‘Horimiya’ is a popular manga series that Daisuke Hagiwara turned into a popular anime. Monthly GFantasy made the anime version of the manga, and it was very popular.

Kyoko Hori and Izumi Miyamura’s relationship is the subject of the story. A caring person who loves the outdoors is the father of Kanae. Kenji Hori is Kanae’s father. Kanae wants to be like her when she grows up.

When Kenna Hori was born, there were three daughters. All three of them are now high school students. Her friends call her “Gals” because they start out by becoming close friends and then share their secrets with each other.

Llewyn Ramirez played the voice of Shoji, while Shoji was voiced by Koyuki Yanase.
Marissa Lenti voiced Yuriko Hori (Kyoko’s workaholic mother).
Bill Butts played the role of Kyosuke Hori, Kyo’s father (Kyoko’s father).

How Does the Story Line of Horimiya Season 2 Change?

Because the first season of Horimiya was all about “Hero,” it’s hard to know what will happen in Season 2.

However, the manga had a lot of chapters cut from the show. We can reasonably expect that the last episodes will be about Hori-brother sans and the future of Kyoko and Izumi, which may end in the same way as Season 1.
