Is There Going to Be a Fourth Season of A.P. Bio, and When It Will Premiere?

With the announcement of Peacock’s A.P. Bio’s fourth season, certified bad instructor Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton) will return to the show to once again pull his students into questionable, but hilarious, vengeance plots.

The sitcom is one of the most unappreciated sitcoms on television in recent years, despite the fact that it stars Howerton (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) as the protagonist and Mike O’Brien (Saturday Night Live) as the show’s creator and showrunner.

In addition, Patton Oswalt and Paula Pell play Principal Durbin and Secretary Helen, respectively, in the administration of the school. The disgraced philosophy professor has returned to the site of the crime three seasons after being placed in the extremely undesirable position of teaching advanced placement biology in a Toledo high school.

After arrival, his first move was to refuse to give any biology classes and instead organize a plan with his students to get out of Ohio and back to Harvard the next day. He is, however, still obligated to attend public school… which he may now find enjoyable? Season four will undoubtedly reveal just how much Ohio has grown on him, so here’s what we know so far.

Plot of the fourth season of A.P. Bio

The show’s formula changed from 13 episodes released weekly to eight all at once when it moved to Peacock from NBC, but O’Brien told Decider that season 3 was supposed to be 10-episodes until the pandemic halted production.

A.P. Bio Season 4

He indicated that the finale would end with a new character entering Jack’s life, so look for this enigmatic arrival in the opening episodes of season 4. Furthermore, the authors will continue to twist the episode format in strange ways. According to O’Brien, “Everyone on the team is ecstatic to make additional episodes.

We’re grateful to Peacock and everyone who came out to see! We had the greatest fun in season three. I’d like to delve even deeper into the primary characters, as well as continue to experiment with the sitcom format” (via The Hollywood Reporter).

Maybe the kids will show up to class with plexiglass separators between their seats now that they’re writing and producing the show during the pandemic. Whatever the future holds for the program, Howerton told Decider that he wants it to continue to defy expectations.
