Plot of Big Shot Season 2

The first season follows Marvyn as he adjusts to his new life after being fired from his previous job. While the females at Westbrook aren’t the polished athletes he’s used to practicing with, they’re crucial to his progress.

By the end of the season, we notice that he has developed a strong bond with his teammates. However, he finds himself in a predicament when a more enticing prospect appears.

Accepting the job offer at UCSB is a wise decision. He isn’t convinced, though, that it would be the correct thing to do, especially considering the girls’ feelings of betrayal.

In season 2, Marvyn will be portrayed dealing with the consequences of his professional blunder. If he chooses to transfer to UCSB, he will embark on a new adventure, but if he chooses to stay in Westbrook, the experience of working with the girls could be rewarding in and of itself.

When Korn’s mother gets a job in Italy, his daughter Emma comes to live with him full-time. Korn gradually softens his hard exterior and begins to form stronger relationships.

People note the Westbrook Sirens’ improvement on the court, including the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). Just as the Sirens are preparing for a huge game against the Carlsbad Cobras, the school offers him a coaching position.

Coach Korn needs to come up with new plays, including one he calls the “Sacrifice Play,” after the Siren playbook goes missing, and they suspect Carlsbad. Coach Korn declines the UCSB job offer and instead chooses to remain at Westbrook.

“I set out to develop a new playbook for the team, which I did,” he says before the big game, “but I ended up drafting a new one for myself.”

Coach Korn proposes playing without supporters because of many pranks intended to put the Sirens off their game (including a swarm of bees that enters the gym!). Mouse throws the winning basket in a nail-biter after using the Sacrifice Play.
