Keyshia Cole Reacts to Antonio Brown’s ‘harsh’ Instagram Drama
Keyshia Cole has spoken out about the social media turmoil that has surrounded her and free agent wide receiver Antonio Brown.
She went on Instagram to clear the air after Brown published a now-deleted video on Instagram showing off what seemed to be a lower back tattoo of his initials on the R&B singer.
Brown, 33, captioned the video showcasing the lower back tattoo, “You Ain’t Pimpin Until You Hit An RnB Diva. #FreeAgent #KeepPimpin.” Leon Cole, Keyshia Cole’s adoptive father, died in hospital due to COVID complications.
Cole, 40, was offended by the caption and went on Instagram Live to express her feelings. Cole said in a video with celebrity stylist EJ King, which was obtained by The Shade Room, “It was a touch harsh.”
“Perhaps he is unaware that what he said was a touch harsh. ‘Do you want me to edit the caption?’ he asked when I spoke to him. No, I don’t want you to modify the caption, I said.”
She also revealed she was “trying to figure out” her connection with Brown during the Instagram Live, despite the fact that she believes he made his intentions obvious.
She stated, “I believe he made it quite plain.” “‘Baby, I loved you at first, but now I don’t — it’s a no,’ he said.”
According to a screenshot obtained by The Shade Room, Cole also posted and soon erased a comment on her Instagram Story implying she was still furious about his posts.
