Alia Bhatt announced on Instagram that she is expecting her first child with Ranbir Kapoor, giving their fans cause for celebrating.
With a photo of the couple admiring the images on a screen during a sonography screening at a hospital, Alia wrote, “Our baby….. coming soon.”
Alia can be seen grinning as she looks at the screen, which she covered with a red heart, even though the only part of Ranbir's body that is visible in the image is his back.
The second image showed a pair of lions and their cub. On April 14, Alia and Ranbir exchanged vows in front of a small gathering of their friends and family at their home in Mumbai, Vastu.
Alia had captioned her wedding post, which included beautiful photos from the event, “Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home…in our favorite spot – the balcony we've spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married.”
Ranbir recently remarked that he “couldn't have asked for a better life partner” at the debut of the trailer for his upcoming movie Shamshera.
“Putting movies aside, it was a great year for me because I got married. This wonderful development in my life is wonderful. In my movies, I used to say that marriage is like dal chawal, or shaadi.
But boss, based on my life's experiences, I can affirm that dal chawal is the best. Alia and I have the best life. Everything in my life is like dal chawal with tadka, pickles, and onions,” he had declared.

The actor said he does not currently have any tattoos but may do so in the near future in a different interview with Mashable. Ranbir kapoor speculated that it might be either the number 8 or one of my children's names.

In contrast, Alia had disclosed in an interview in 2018 that she intended to marry and have children.”Perhaps people anticipate that I will marry when I am 30 years old, but I could also surprise myself and wed earlier.
There are no absolutes, right? Therefore, I will do so if I feel that I am in a position where I want to do so. I've always thought I'd get married, so I could have kids.
Therefore, I will get married if I feel like “This is the time I want to have my children and am also ready to have babies.”
It is well known that Alia had a longtime crush on Ranbir, and she has frequently expressed her admiration for him. The actor acknowledged that she had liked Ranbir before he was an actor in an interview she gave to writer Niranjan Iyengar in 2014.

Alia remarked, “It was damn stupid,” when referring to a mini-shoot the Raazi actor had with Ranbir during which she rested her head on his shoulder. And Sanjay sir still claims that you were making out with Ranbir at the time, according to me. Even then, I had no idea what flirting even meant.
