Billie Eilish Disclosed She Utilized a Body Double for Her Coachella Performance!

In a recent interview with Matt Wilkinson for Apple Music 1, Billie Eilish revealed something that is, to put it mildly, a pretty major bombshell.

Do you remember her mind-blowing headliner performance at Coachella? It’s true that she had a body double for some scenes.

The singer revealed that it was actually one of her dancers who had been onstage for an extended period of time (!!) and had fooled everyone, including myself (and others, dw), into thinking that she was Billie Eilish.

“For the show, I dressed her in an outfit that I had previously used. “We got a black wig and put buns in it, gave her a mask and some sunglasses, and she wore my shoes and socks,” Billie admitted.

“We also gave her a pair of sunglasses and a mask.” “I brought her up to the back of the stage, and while the lights were being turned on, she stood there, giving everyone the impression that it was I.”

And no one, not even a single person, was ever able to figure out that it wasn’t me. “And while she’s up there, I put on a big black coat and a traffic vest and a hood and just glasses,” she continued.

“Just in case she sees me, she’ll think I’m crazy.” Don’t try to fool me! The recent disclosure appears to be supported by footage from a performance the singer of “Bad Guy” gave in April.

If you look at the footage, you’ll see a lookalike standing on the stage as Billie gives an introduction sequence that includes snippets of the songs “Oxytocin” and “Happier Than Ever.”

When the song “Bury a Friend” starts to play, which is approximately two minutes into the performance, it is not surprising to learn that the person’s face is not actually seen until this point.

During a performance in Manchester, England, earlier this month, Billie and her brother Finneas gave the world premiere of a new song that they titled “TV.”

Since 2017 or 2018, we haven’t performed a new song live before it was released to the public. Before beginning to perform the slow song, the artist who won the Grammy explained that it was one that her band had just written and that they were excited to play it for the audience.

Not only does the song make reference to her recent breakup with Matthew Tyler Vorce, but it also makes reference to the now-famous defamation suit filed by Johnny Depp and Amber Heard as well as the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

“Perhaps it would be best if I got some rest/Sinking into the couch while we all betray each other…
What exactly is the purpose of anything?

It seems as though I’ve lost touch with all of my friends once more; I guess that’s what happens when you fall in love…

The lyrics of the song, which are emotional and captivating, include the lines “While they’re overturning Roe v. Wade, the internet has gone wild watching movie stars on trial.”

Since Billie’s song was released not long after a Supreme Court decision that was truly appalling, there is no question that she will continue to use her platform to speak out against the decision.
