Knight’s & Magic is a light book series illustrated by Kurogin and written by Hisago Amazake-no. The story follows a young Japanese man who dies in a car accident and reincarnates as a child in an alternate world where magic.

And giant robots exist, dedicating himself since then to fulfilling his long-held dream of building and piloting his own mecha. It began as a web novel before being picked up for print publication by Shufunotomo.

Fans of the Knights and Magic anime series are eagerly awaiting the studio’s release of the latest Knights and Magic Season 2 from the previous three years.

Knights And Magic Season 2 Release Date

Even though the Eight Bit (8Bit) studio did a fantastic job and finished the anime adaptation of the Japanese light novel series on schedule, they have not yet revealed plans for a second season.

On the other side, there is a very high chance of renewal. First and foremost, the first season received an incredible 7.10 out of 100,735 votes on MyAnimeList, which is a typically positive rating.

I’m hoping that this will be enough to spur the studio to consider a new season. Let’s remember that the DVD sales for the series have been rather successful, with about 3,000 sold each week in December 2017.

There is one fundamental issue, though, that would prevent 8Bit from airing a second season, according to thetecheducation: there is just not enough source material available.

In order to adapt for a new season of the show, the studio will have to either start from scratch or wait for additional source material.

Knights And Magic Season 2 Cast: Characters to Expect in This Season

Ernesti Echevalier

Ernesti Echevalier is the series’ main character, and he was previously known as Kurata Ksubasa in a previous life. He is simply fascinated by mecha robots and is willing to go to any length to become a pilot for one of the massive machines.

He is, however, extremely nice and shows genuine concern for those in his immediate vicinity. He expresses sympathy and support for Addy and Kid after learning about their background.

He used to go by the name Kurata and lived on the streets, where he spent most of his time playing video games. He is able to draw various parallels between his own programmed games and his new magical realm due to his previous experience as a competent programmer.

After a series of unfortunate events, he is killed by a car while crossing the street. He is fortunate to awaken in a world he has always imagined.

Adeltrud Walter

Adeltrud, also known as “Ady,” is one of the show’s main characters. Her stepfather was supposed to show up at her house when she was nine years old, so she ran away.

She escaped by climbing to the roof of her house and fighting with her brother. Despite the fact that she was having a bad argument, she fell off the roof.

Ernesti awoke her peacefully. Ernesti looks like a girl, so she initially believes he is a girl. Later, she realizes he is a boy trapped in a girl’s body.

Archid Walter

Adeltrud has a twin brother named Archid Walter in her family. He is tall and has spiky black hair. He usually wears a maroon overcoat with golden edges.

He became very strong after training with Ernesti when he was in middle school, outstripping most of his peers in strength. Adeltrud was always able to outdo him. Their father abandoned them as children, and they were raised in a remote town.
